Easy Ginger Chicken Recipe
Thao’s Easy Ginger Chicken Ingredients:
• 1-1.5 lbs. chicken thigh and/or breast, cut into cubes or strips
• 2-3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
• 1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce (if not use regular)
• 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped/minced
• 3 tbsp chopped/minced ginger and/or julienned-cut into strips
• 1 tbsp raw sugar
Garnish for added flavor:
• ground black pepper
• chopped cilantro (add to your taste)
• 2 green onions (scallions) cut into ¼” pieces
Serve over Jasmine Rice
* Dark soy sauce is sweeter and thicker than regular soy sauce. It has much deeper flavor and less salty.
